At PokeTCG Deals, we offer immediate access to premium Discord tools, bots, and features designed for Pokémon TCG collectors and investors. This policy explains how and when refunds may (or may not) be granted. Please read carefully before subscribing.
1. Digital Service Acknowledgement
All subscriptions provide instant access to non-tangible digital tools, roles, and private channels upon payment confirmation through Whop. These are considered fully delivered once access is granted.
By subscribing, you confirm that:
- You are purchasing a digital service.
- The service is delivered in full upon activation.
- You waive your right to cancel or request a refund, except as required by law (see Section 7).
2. Free Trial Period
New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial before the first charge.
This trial:
- May be modified or removed at any time without prior notice.
- Is available once per user and cannot be extended or reinstated.
- Converts automatically into a paid subscription unless canceled via Whop before the trial ends.
By activating the trial, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive any right of withdrawal under laws such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive or UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You are fully responsible for managing your subscription before the trial ends.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You failed to cancel before the next billing cycle.
- You did not use or access the service during the subscription period.
- You were dissatisfied with the features or updates.
- Bots or features were updated, removed, or temporarily unavailable.
- Downtime occurred due to Discord API outages or external service disruptions.
- Duplicate or mistaken purchases on your part.
4. Valid Grounds for Refund
Refunds will only be considered under these exceptional cases:
- A confirmed technical error on our side prevented delivery of your premium access, and it was not resolved within a reasonable time.
- A refund is required by law in your jurisdiction (see Section 7).
All refund requests:
- Must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction or renewal.
- Must include clear documentation of the issue.
- Are reviewed case-by-case and not guaranteed.
We do not issue refunds for general dissatisfaction or user error.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via one of the following:
- Discord: Message a server admin or post in the support/help channel.
- Email: Write to tcgwall@gmail.com with subject line: "Refund Request".
Please include:
- Your Discord username and ID
- Date of purchase
- Clear explanation of the issue
We aim to respond within 7 business days.
6. Service Changes
Our bots and features may evolve. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, replace, or remove tools and channels
- Update features to improve performance or compatibility
Changes to the service do not qualify for refunds, unless they prevent core functionality you paid for from being delivered at all.
7. Regional Consumer Disclaimers
This policy applies globally, but will not override consumer protection laws in your region. Where applicable, we comply as follows:
7.1 European Union & United Kingdom
Under EU and UK law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By activating your trial or accessing premium tools, you explicitly waive this right, as permitted under the EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK regulations.
If you do not agree, do not start the trial or access premium content.
7.2 California, USA
In accordance with California laws (e.g., ARL, CPRA), users may cancel subscriptions at any time via Whop. If you were charged unintentionally and did not use the service, contact us within 7 days to request a review.
You may also cancel via the same method you signed up, as required by California law.
7.3 Canada
We comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws. If services were not delivered as promised, or if there was a platform failure on our end, we will honor refund rights under Canadian consumer law.
In Quebec, free trials will not auto-renew into paid subscriptions without explicit post-trial consent, as required by provincial law.
7.4 Australia
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), digital services must be delivered with due care and as described. If we fail to provide core features or the service is substantially defective, you may be eligible for a remedy including a refund.
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the ACL.
7.5 Israel
Under Israeli law, you may cancel a subscription within 14 days. We reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower). Proof of Israeli residency may be required when making such a request.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in laws, services, or operations.
If we do:
- Changes will be posted in the Discord server's #announcements channel.
- The "Last Updated" date will reflect the revision.
- Continued use of our service after updates implies your agreement to the revised terms.
